Personal coaching

I’m available for all kinds of creative professionals who wants to deepen and develop their characters, repertoire, scripts and stories.

In a short term perspective I give you tailor-made tools to help you turn a character into a living, breathing human being, an aria into a scenic experience or a budding script into a muscular story. In a long term perspective on the other hand, it may mean a development and deepening of your entire artistic pursuit and an opportunity to take you to the next level of your professional activity.

People I work with include:

– Actors who want to be extraordinary in a movie, TV-series or a play.
– Singers who want to act through every note
– Directors wishing to come thoroughly prepared for a recording or rehearsal period
– Scriptwriters who want tools to develop their scripts
– Entrepreneurs who want to build a true personal story in social media or in real life

In addition to the purely artistic task, I also offer support during difficult processes, for example in a recording situation – either on set or online. I sometimes also work as an external consultant in the development of artistic projects from scratch.

The coaching sessions take place either at my studio in Falkenberg, or with online tools such as Zoom, Skype or Face Time.

My working languages are Swedish and English, but I also work with Danish and Norwegian texts and in some cases even with other languages though translation tools.

All communication between us is confidential.

Please note that the personal coaching service is solely intended for the already occupationally active. I do not coach actors for individual auditions, screen tests or self tapes, but I do offer a program for a series of self-tapes / testfilms.

Workshops

Weekend courses for actors, directors and scriptwriters. These are intensive days, often focused on a significant writer, genre or a particular viewpoint on movies, TV or theatre.

Summer courses

In this 5-day course we do a deep dive into a profound personal process based on the Chubbuck Technique. Actors and directors come from all over Europe to Falkenberg on the Swedish westcoast for one week in July to work and grow together.

The Chubbuck Technique

A powerful process created by Hollywood-coach Ivana Chubbuck. The Chubbuck Technique builds both on ancient and contemporary methods and on the latest developments in psychology, antropology and behaviour science. Actors, directors and writers worldwide have formed outstanding careers with this technique, and it is also widely used by entreprenuers and business leaders. Ivana Chubbuck’s book ”The Power of the Actor” is translated into 18 languages I became officially accredited Chubbuck Technique Teacher in 2008.
